OLLEREG, operated by Innovative Allergy PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website ollereg.com and use our services. OLLEREG products are developed under the medical supervision of Dr. Dat Tran, MD, FAAAAI.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information when you place an order or contact us.
- Health Information: Information you provide during our health check questionnaire (allergy history, asthma status, medication use). This information is used solely to determine whether OLLEREG is suitable for you before we ship.
- Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URLs collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your subscription orders
- To conduct health checks required before product shipment
- To communicate with you about your order, account, or customer service inquiries

3. Health Information
OLLEREG is a consumer product, not a medical service. The information you provide in our health check questionnaire is used to determine whether OLLEREG is suitable for you and to fulfill your order. It is not protected health information under HIPAA, and OLLEREG is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We nonetheless treat all health-related information you provide with care and confidentiality. Health check responses are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, are retained for 24 months, and are deleted upon cancellation request.
3.1 Consumer Feedback in Your Customer Portal
As part of your OLLEREG subscription, we invite you to share monthly product feedback through your customer portal at app.ollereg.com. This feedback — your ratings of how you’re feeling and how OLLEREG is working for you — is saved to your customer account so you can track your experience over time and so our team can spot patterns across our customer base.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact us at order@ollereg.com or (346) 232-2993. For emergencies, call 911.
Innovative Allergy PLLC also provides in-person allergy care at its Houston clinic. That care is governed by the clinic’s separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which does not apply to OLLEREG purchases.
You can export or delete your feedback records at any time by contacting order@ollereg.com.
4. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy and security practices govern the handling of your payment data. For more information, visit stripe.com/privacy.

- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Advertising measurement and audience targeting
- Microsoft Clarity: Session replay and heatmap analytics. Clarity records user interactions (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page content viewed) to help us understand how visitors use our site. OLLEREG does not collect personal information directly from children under 13. All data related to a minor's use of OLLEREG — including health check responses, account information, and order history — is collected from the parent or legal guardian who creates the account and manages the subscription on the child's behalf. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for supervising the minor's use of OLLEREG products.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
