These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OLLEREG website (ollereg.com) and purchase of OLLEREG products, operated by Tellogent, LLC. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. OLLEREG products are developed under the medical supervision of Dr. Dat Tran, MD, FAAAAI.

1. Products & Services

OLLEREG provides pre-formulated sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) sprays for environmental allergies. Our products contain FDA-approved allergen extracts used off-label for oral immunotherapy. OLLEREG products are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Health Check Requirement

All customers must complete a mandatory health check questionnaire before their first order can be processed. By completing the screening, you certify that:

• All information provided is truthful and accurate
• You do not have any disqualifying medical conditions as listed in the screening
• You are 18 years of age or older, or are the parent/legal guardian responsible for supervising treatment of a minor
• You will stop use and contact a physician if you experience adverse reactions

Providing false information on the health check may result in serious health consequences. OLLEREG and its operators are not liable for adverse events resulting from inaccurate screening responses.

3. Subscription Terms

• OLLEREG products are sold as monthly subscriptions
• Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Introductory pricing (first year discount) applies to the first 12 months only; subsequent months are billed at the regular price as displayed at checkout

4. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

OLLEREG offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product after using it for 90 days, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 90 days of your first order date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping

All subscriptions include free shipping within the United States. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. OLLEREG ships monthly with escalating allergen concentrations as part of your treatment protocol.

6. Medical Disclaimer

OLLEREG is developed and supervised by Dr. Dat Tran, MD, FAAAAI, a board-certified allergist/immunologist. However, purchasing and using OLLEREG products does not create a physician-patient relationship. OLLEREG is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any immunotherapy program, especially if you have asthma, a history of severe allergic reactions, or other medical conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellogent, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OLLEREG products or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tellogent, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during health check or checkout
• Resell or redistribute OLLEREG products
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of OLLEREG products or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only — you agree that claims may not be brought as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action. The seat of arbitration shall be Harris County, Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
